■About shipping
Delivery options
You can select the desired delivery date.
・Please note that order confirmation, notification of delivery date, and shipping will generally occur on the next business day.
・If the desired delivery date is left blank, we will ship the item as soon as possible.
・We use Yamato Transport as our delivery company.
・We may not be able to meet your request depending on the date of your order and other circumstances.
- Please check the email sent from the store for the final delivery date and time.
Orders placed by noon on the same day will usually be shipped that day (closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), and orders placed after that will be shipped the next day.
In addition, we will deliver products to customers by shipping them from our e-commerce site and from each SAVE MY BAG directly managed store .
Due to inventory issues, your order may be shipped in two separate shipments.
Even if the delivery is split into two shipments, the shipping fee will be the same as for one shipment.
"Courier delivery"
Bags and pouches will be delivered by courier.
Nationwide flat rate of ¥660 (tax included) *¥1,320 (tax included) for Hokkaido and Okinawa
Free shipping on orders over ¥11,000 (tax included)
*An additional 660 yen (tax included) will be charged for Hokkaido and Okinawa.
■If you are not at home
If you are not at home on the delivery date, a notice of absence will be placed in your mailbox. Please contact the Yamato Transport office listed on this notice of absence to request redelivery within six days of the shipping date.
If you do not receive your parcel after the storage period (6 days) has expired, the parcel will be temporarily returned to our company. If you request redelivery, you will be charged the shipping fee for redelivery and the shipping fee for the re-delivery.
■About consumption tax
The product price includes tax.
■ Regarding product availability
As products on the online shop are linked to our stores, they may be out of stock after you order or purchase them.

■About returns

Pouches, straps, masks, charms, gift bags, sale items, and outlet items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

■ Regarding product damage, soiling, and mistakes
Please contact us by phone or email within 7 days of receiving the product , return it to us with postage paid by you, and we will ship you a replacement product after we receive it .
*If the item is out of stock, we may not be able to exchange it. We will also cover the shipping costs to deliver the replacement item.
■About returning products
Please fill in your name, address, and contact information and return it to us within one week.
■Delivery of replacement product
Once the product arrives, we will ship the replacement product.
If we are unable to deliver an item that is out of stock, we will refund the full amount.
■ If the product is damaged or scratched due to an accident during delivery
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will cover the shipping costs and ship a new product as soon as possible.

■Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience
You will be responsible for the return and exchange fee (※1).
Please contact us by phone or email within 7 days of receiving the product , and return it within 10 days in an unused condition with tags attached and postage prepaid . We will refund the product price minus a return handling fee of 1,100 yen (tax included) , or exchange it for another product.
*If an additional fee is incurred when exchanging an item, payment must be made by cash on delivery or bank transfer. (Please note that the fee will be borne by the customer.)
* We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product .
*We will process the refund or exchange once we have confirmed the returned item and the handling fee.
*We cannot accept cancellations for products ordered with cash on delivery after they have been shipped.
If you are forced to decline to accept the package, the delivery company will charge you the shipping fee for returning the package to our store.

■Refund method

We will transfer the product price minus a return handling fee of 1,100 yen (tax included) to your account. *Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
2) Customers ordering by credit card
We will change the amount of the credit card payment for the return fee of 1,100 yen (tax included ) and transfer the fee to our account. After confirming the payment, we will cancel the credit card payment. If the credit card company is unable to cancel the payment, we will transfer the amount of the return fee of 1,100 yen (tax included) to your account.
3) Customers who order via convenience store prepayment/Amazon Pay
Please transfer the return handling fee of 1,100 yen (tax included) to our account, and we will process your order after confirming the payment.
