Save My Bag Japan is the official Japanese retailer of SAVE MY BAG.

To sell SAVE MY BAG in Japan, we have signed a contract with TWENTY-TWENTY, an Italian company, as our exclusive importer in Japan. We also provide a warranty card (when purchasing a bag) as proof that the product has passed inspection in Japan.

We strive every day to provide excellent after-sales service, especially for customers who purchase from authorized Japanese retailers, so that our customers can live with SAVE MY BAG with peace of mind.

  • Free support within one year of purchase *Sale and outlet products are not covered by the one-year free warranty

  • After one year
    3,300 yen or 6,600 yen (tax included)
    ●The metal fittings at the joints of bamboo totes are sold for ¥550 (tax included) each.

[Repair process]

1. Repair reception

・Please let us know your inquiry by email (info@savemybag.jp) or phone. We will inform you of the repair fee and estimated period of time the bag will be kept.

2. Repair acceptance

・Send the product to us. (If there is a warranty, please be sure to include it.)

*You can also bring it directly to our directly managed stores or the store where you purchased it.

*Shipping costs must be paid by both parties.

3. Estimate

Once the product arrives at our company, the repair reception staff will inform you of the official repair details, fees, and storage period.

*Please note that depending on the condition, repair may not be possible.

4. Repair work

Once you have agreed to the terms and conditions, we will begin the repair process. We will carefully repair your beloved item.

5. Product Delivery

We will contact you once the repair is complete.

Payment for repairs will be by cash on delivery, and any handling fees will be borne by the customer.
