We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we will be closed from December 29, 2020 (Tuesday) to January 4, 2021 (Monday) for the year-end and New Year holidays.
Please note that orders placed after noon on Monday, December 28, 2020 will be shipped after the end of the year-end and New Year holidays.
*Delivery may be unavoidably delayed due to the concentration of logistics and traffic conditions around the year-end and New Year holidays.
◆ Year-end and New Year holidays:
December 29, 2020 (Tuesday) to January 4, 2021 (Monday)
*Even though we are closed, we are still accepting orders and inquiries by email, but we will respond after January 5, 2021 (Tuesday).
About product shipments during the year-end and New Year holidays:
■ Orders placed by noon on December 28, 2020 (Monday) ⇒ Scheduled to be shipped before the year-end and New Year holidays
*In the case of back-ordered products, we may not be able to ship them on the same day.
■Orders placed from December 28, 2020 (Monday) noon to January 4, 2021 (Monday) ⇒ Orders will be shipped sequentially from January 5, 2021 (Tuesday).
